Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa Flow

The practice of yoga takes you through a series of linked movements, utilising breath control. It comprises many traditional yoga postures and flows through exercises of standing strength, balancing, spinal rotations, core strength, stretching and breathing. After an initial period of relaxation and limbering up, the practice starts with sun salutations, moving through to asana flow. Yoga classes end with a period of relaxation which is an important part of the practice!

What do I need?
Please bring a yoga mat and have bare feet for the class. Trainers are not appropriate to wear during the class. Most of the exercises are mat based.
