Strength Flex and Tone is a full body workout to great club classics.

Strength Flex and Tone is a full body workout to great club classics. All muscle groups are targeting using bodyweight resistance movements to tone the body and strengthen key muscle groups. Yoga sections and balance tracks are used to promote flexibility and increase range of motion, strengthen the core and mobilise / stretch key areas of the body.
