What is Studio Cycle?

A high intensity cardio but low impact workout using static spin bikes in the studio. By altering the resistance on the bike, you will go through sections of speed and high resistance pedalling throughout the workout.

Arrive early to class to set up your bike and don't forget a towel - you will be dripping!
