What is Pump FX?
Pump FX is a progressive complete body workout from Fitness FX using barbells and weight plates. Traditional resistance training exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and rows take on another dimension through the use of functional, muti-plane movement. With an emphasis on intensity and technique, this interval-based workout targets individual muscle groups to improve body composition. Each music tracks targets a specific area of the body such as biceps, chest, shoulders etc with an abs section to finish.
