What is Kettlercise?

Kettlercise is a total body workout using one piece of equipment called a kettlebell. There are 37 different exercises such as swings, snatches, lunges, pulls and presses are performed with perfect technique to help strengthen, improve core stability, fat burn and tone. Regular kettlebell training typically uses heavy weights, however, Kettlercise uses light weights and is set out in a non-stop routine that will work every single muscle in your body. It is very effective at toning the legs, bum, hips and stomach.
