Stretch&Release

Stretch & Release is a recovery-focused session that combines mobility work, deep stretching, and self-myofascial release (basically, loosening tight muscles and fascia). It’s designed to help your body move better, feel less tight, and recover faster.
Tennis balls are used for self-massage (trigger point release).
They help:
- 🔓 Release tight knots in muscles
- 💥 Reduce soreness and stiffness
- 🩸 Improve blood flow to tight areas
- 🧠 Send signals to muscles to relax
A long resistance band helps you stretch deeper and safer.
It allows you to:
- 📏 Increase flexibility without straining
- 🤝 Assist stretches (e.g., hamstrings, hips)
- 💪 Add light strength work in end ranges
- 🧍 Improve posture and alignment
