In Release #1 you will need: A mat, set of dumbbells, a 6kg kettlebell. To get you started, the 6 bonus videos require no equipment.

What are Lift Lean Home Workouts?
Pay a single subscription fee for each release you want to sign up to. For that you will receive online access to the workouts recorded by Julie. You can then work out at home any time of the day! All you need is a home set of equipment.
For a one off fee of £25 for each release you get:
• A brand new resistance based workout every day for 28 days
• Shopping list of the foods you should ideally be eating
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes
• Week meal planner
• Facebook private group
This is great if you are looking for short daily workouts to do at home with healthy food ideas too.
What you will need :
- a gym mat
- a set of dumbbells – 2kg, 3kg, 4kg depending on strength
- a kettlebell – 6kg beginner, 8kg+ advanced
*To get you started, Release #1 includes six bonus bodyweight and pilates workouts which do not require any equipment.
Progressions and optional:
- a barbell
- a step bench
- a skipping rope
- a large fit ball
- a mini band

..How to sign up…
- Register your login on this website and wait for your membership to be approved.
- Send payment to Julie via Paypal (see button at top of page). You will be joined to each release in numerical order starting with #1.
- Login on this website, after payment has gone through, the link to the videos will be added to your login profile.
- Request to join the Facebook group using the month’s link.
The Small Print: All workouts are within the group. Workouts are for members of the group only and are not to be shared anywhere or with anyone. I assume that you are fit and healthy and have no issues that affect you being able to workout at home. If you do have any medical or physical conditions then I recommend you speak with your GP, attend a class so that we can speak to you in person and go through technique or consider a one to one session with a PT. I am not a qualified dietician or nutritionist I can only give ideas of what you should be eating as part of a healthy diet.
