Ree Pump is a progressive complete body workout using barbells and weight plates.
Traditional resistance training exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and rows take on another dimension through the use of functional, muti-plane movement. With an emphasis on intensity and technique, this interval-based workout targets individual muscle groups to improve body composition. Each music tracks targets a specific area of the body such as biceps, chest, shoulders etc with an abs section to finish.
